How To Make Molecular Hydrogen Water 

With our hydrogen water jug, you can easily make molecular hydrogen water, by adding your drinking water into the jug, and then connecting the jug to either, the Hydro Gen, Hydro Nova or our Hydro Medic hydrogen machine, and then allow to bubble in the hydrogen gas into the jug.

What Type of Water Can I Add To The Jug ?

You can add any type of drinking water into your hydrogen water jug. With our hydrogen machines we are very clear that you have to only add distilled water into the main machine. Yet the hydrogen water jug is different as there is no electrolysis cell in the jug, this is why you can add any type of drinking water into the jug. 

How Quickly Should I Drink The Hydrogen Water

Because Molecular Hydrogen is so light and small, the hydrogen gas that is held in the water will be released in a relatively short time. It is recommended that once you have made your molecular hydrogen water, to drink the molecular hydrogen water it in a short period of time.

Within 20-30 minutes 50% will be lost, within 1-2 hours most of the hydrogen gas in the water will be gone. The sooner you drink the molecular hydrogen water the more benefits you get for your digestive system, as this is where the hydrogen water is going. As your digestive tract is a cavity, it is shown that hydrogen water can possibly infuse this area with hydrogen better than hydrogen inhalation, this is why both hydrogen water and hydrogen inhalation both have benefits.
