72 Hour Safety Study

Hydrogen has been studied under a wide range of conditions, including a formal Pub Med safety study in which healthy adults inhaled hydrogen continuously for seventy-two hours under medical supervision. The published findings reported no adverse events, no clinically significant ECG changes, and no meaningful laboratory abnormalities.

Most people first discover molecular hydrogen through hydrogen-rich water. While this provides a convenient source of H₂, the amount of hydrogen dissolved in each glass is naturally limited.

Hydrogen inhalation delivers a continuous, much higher volume through the lungs. For example, a 60-minute session on our 1500 ml/min machine produces approximately 90 litres of hydrogen/oxygen gas. Based purely on molecular hydrogen content, this contains roughly as much hydrogen as more than 3,000 litres of fully saturated hydrogen water—an amount no one could realistically drink.

Although drinking and inhalation are different delivery methods and cannot be considered equivalent therapeutic doses, this comparison demonstrates the significantly greater hydrogen exposure available through inhalation.
