Is 8 Glasses of Water Good For?
The standard recommendation is to drink 2 to 3 liters, or around 8 glasses of water a day. The problem here, is that most people think that all water is the same. Yet people are drinking either tap water full of chemicals or ultra purified, distilled water completely empty of any minerals. For me these are the two extremes, and far away from living water, water that comes fresh from spring full of minerals and positive energy.
Online people talk about many different types of water from structured water, electrically expanded water, magnetic water, crystal water. Many of them may have benefits. Yet thinking about all of the above. Often when I make a glass of water, I add to it.
In this homemade electrolyte drink recipe, we add the ingredients below to add minerals, antioxidants (From Hydrogen) and flavor, then we blend with MCT oil to make exclusion zone water, which has many added benefits from improved hydration to increased energy. The idea of the drink is instead of depleting your cells of minerals from empty water, that when this drink arrives at the door of the cell, that it has a lot of goodies to share.
