Make Molecular Hydrogen Water
Our diffusion stone can be connected to our Super Power 1500ml and Immortal 3000ml hydrogen machines, once it is connected simply turn on your machine, and allow the molecular hydrogen to bubble into a glass of water, the saturation time varies slightly from our machines.
To saturate a 1000ml of water with Molecular Hydrogen it will take
- For The Super Power 1500ml allow to bubble through for 8-11 Minutes
- For The Immortal 3000ml allow to bubble through for 5-8 Minutes

How Quickly Should I Drink The Hydrogen Water
Because Molecular Hydrogen is so light and small, the hydrogen gas that is held in the water will be released in a relatively short time. It is recommended that once you have made your molecular hydrogen water, to drink the molecular hydrogen water it in a short period of time.
Within 20-30 minutes 50% will be lost, within 1-2 hours most of the hydrogen gas in the water will be gone. The sooner you drink the molecular hydrogen water the more benefits you get for your digestive system, as this is where the hydrogen water is going. As your digestive tract is a cavity, it is shown that hydrogen water can possibly infuse this area with hydrogen better than hydrogen inhalation, this is why both hydrogen water and hydrogen inhalation both have benefits.
