Before I start this blog and suggest some foundational health supplements. What I have learnt, is that often too many health supplements can over charge the body. More often, less is better, sometimes it is better to take a supplement every other day. Sometimes it’s about how many drops, compared to how many potent capsules. What I mean by that is if you eat food, or drink tea full of glyphosates, then you may need a supplement to deal with that, or if you eat organic, you will not need the supplement, which is better? The lesson is less is often better and if you are going to add any supplement really fine tune it.
