How Easy Is It to Start Hydrogen Therapy?

Getting started with molecular hydrogen therapy is simple:

Step 1: Add the Distilled Water

Fill your H2=E hydrogen machine with the recommended amount of distilled or deionised water.

Step 2: Fit the Nasal Cannula

Place the nasal cannula comfortably beneath your nose and connect it to the machine as demonstrated in the setup guide.

Step 3: Press Start and Relax

Select your session time, press start and enjoy your hydrogen therapy session.

Many people incorporate hydrogen therapy into their normal routine while reading, working on a laptop, watching television or simply relaxing at home.

Sessions commonly last between 30 minutes and two hours, depending on the machine, individual routine and professional guidance. Always follow the instructions supplied with your machine.

The Most Important Step: Use the Correct Water

Using the correct water is essential for protecting your hydrogen machine, maintaining its performance and extending its working life.

Only use:

• Distilled water

• Deionised water

Ideally, the water should produce a TDS reading of 000 ppm, and it must read 002 ppm or less before being added to your machine.

Every H2=E hydrogen machine includes a complimentary TDS testing pen. This allows you to check the water before pouring it into the reservoir.

Never use tap water, bottled drinking water, mineral water, filtered water or water containing added minerals unless your machine’s instructions specifically state otherwise.
